PromptAI is an AI Adoption business that focuses on AI for business productivity. We specialise in helping businesses to utilise AI for greater efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

OUR PROMISE
Working with PromptAI means businesses can help us to support disadvantaged youth in London. Put simply, we will hire one young person from an underprivileged background for every contract we sign that is 12-months or longer.
We’ll use that contract to mentor the young person and provide them with the tools they need to develop their career. This means they get to learn AI, Adoption, Change and Management. In addition, we give them access to corporate clients and help them to learn how to behave in this environment. They’ll get access to our marketing, sales and other teams. This gives them exposure they wouldn’t otherwise get and helps them lay the foundations of a career in the future.
This programme is fully funded by PromptAI and guarantees the individual is paid a fair wage for the work they do, while they learn new skills. Our long-term ambition is to create an apprenticeship so other businesses can do the same and help young people get access they otherwise wouldn’t.
In addition, this is an additional resource for the client. Therefore, it will not impact project delivery in any way.
WHY THE PROMISE
Our founders believe that everyone deserves a chance. Like most sectors, in order to learn adoption, change management and IT consulting it is very difficult without a university degree. We understand why this is important and our network of consultants and change managers are professionals. However, we believe that anybody can achieve anything with the right inspiration. And that is our aim here at PromptAI. To inspire new generations of people to build purposeful careers and lives.

Taryn Nixon – Our AI Adoption Lead and Microsoft enthusiast. Taryn has spent 15 years in change management and the last two in AI Adoption. She’s worked with some of the biggest brand names in the world, helping them on their digital transformation journey.
Taryn’s experience means PromptAI are one of the most experience-led adoption businesses out there, even if the business is still very, very young. In addition, Taryn’s network means despite our size, we are able to manage projects of any size using experienced, trained and professional change managers.
Ofentse – behaviour and change enthusiast, Babak has transformed his career from a senior marketing professional to a change and AI Adoption specialist. His qualifications include a degree in marketing, further education in behaviour economics & consumer behaviour as well as a plethora of Microsoft Certificates to really get under the bonnet of M365 Copilot.
